The repetitive work in your business, removed.

Enquiries that sit unanswered in a shared Gmail inbox. Resumes opened one by one and copy-pasted into Excel. Invoice details typed out of PDFs into Tally. Patient reminders sent on WhatsApp, one at a time, by whoever is free. We find the work your team repeats every day and build something that does it instead — so the same people get back to selling, treating and closing.

We make repetitive business work disappear.

Free, 30 minutes, on WhatsApp or a call. No pitch deck.

What this looks like in practice

Three workflows, before and after

Real shapes of work from the sectors we know. No screenshots, no dashboards and no invented numbers — just how the work moves now and how it can move instead.

Recruitment & staffing consultancy

Placement desk

Before

Around two hundred resumes a day land in a shared Gmail inbox. A recruiter opens each one, reads it against the job description, and copy-pastes the shortlisted CVs into an Excel tracker. Follow-ups are sent on WhatsApp one candidate at a time. When someone replies at nine at night, that message waits until morning.

After

Resumes are read and matched against the job description as they arrive. The shortlist lands in one tracker the whole desk can see. Follow-up messages go out on a schedule, and anything unusual — a senior candidate, a salary mismatch, an annoyed reply — is held for a recruiter to approve before it sends.

Dental & multi-specialty clinic

Front desk

Before

The front desk answers the same handful of questions on WhatsApp all day — timings, fees, whether the doctor is in, whether insurance works, how to get there. Appointments are written in a paper diary and re-typed into a spreadsheet at closing. Patients who do not turn up are not followed up, because nobody has the time.

After

Routine questions are answered instantly and correctly, and anything clinical or unusual is routed to a person. Bookings land in one calendar the whole clinic can see. Reminders go out the day before, so no-shows come down without anyone making calls. The day’s list of who came, who cancelled and who still needs a reminder writes itself.

Real-estate brokerage

Sales desk

Before

Enquiries arrive from Justdial, IndiaMART, 99acres, the website and walk-ins. Each one is written into a notebook or someone’s personal Excel sheet, so by evening nobody is sure who called whom. Brokers message the same listing to forty people by hand, and site visits get double-booked because two people are tracking two sheets.

After

Every lead lands in one place the moment it comes in, tagged by source and by what the buyer actually wants. First replies and follow-ups go out on their own, and a broker is pulled in only when a lead is ready to talk. Site visits are booked against one calendar, so double-bookings stop.

The method

Five steps, in this order

  1. 01Understand We sit with your team and watch the work as it actually happens — where the files live, who touches what, and what breaks on a busy Monday.
  2. 02Identify We find the few steps that repeat hundreds of times a month and cost the most hours, and say plainly which ones are not worth changing.
  3. 03Improve We fix the process before we build anything. A fair share of these problems disappear once the form, the sheet or the handover is tidied up.
  4. 04Implement We build it inside the tools you already use, test it against real work, and run it alongside your team until they trust it.
  5. 05Measure We record time taken and mistakes made before and after, and only then call it done. If the numbers do not move, we say so.

What we fix

Six kinds of work, and nothing else

If your problem is not on this list, it is probably not a fit — and we will tell you so rather than take the project.

  • Lead follow-up Enquiries from Justdial, IndiaMART, WhatsApp, your website and walk-ins get a reply in minutes instead of sitting in an inbox overnight.
  • Document & invoice data extraction Purchase invoices, prescriptions, KYC papers, delivery notes and bank statements read and filed into Tally, Excel or your own system without anyone typing.
  • Repetitive customer questions Timings, fees, status, availability and directions answered instantly, with real questions passed to a person.
  • Reporting & report preparation Daily, weekly and month-end reports assembled from the tools you already use, instead of someone exporting and pasting for two hours.
  • Data movement between tools The same information stops being entered into Tally, then Excel, then WhatsApp, then a CRM — by three different people.
  • Screening & scheduling The routine first pass over candidates, patients or applicants, and the booking that follows it — done by rule, with a human deciding anything that matters.

How working together goes

Four steps, priced in the open

You will not be asked to “contact us for pricing”. These are the numbers, and they do not move once the scope is agreed in writing.

  1. Free workflow discovery call

    45 minutes

You walk us through the work that is slowing you down. You get a one-page report of what is slow, why it is slow, and what it costs you in hours a month. No obligation, no pitch.

    No charge
  2. Paid workflow audit

    About a week

A close look at one or two workflows — every step, tool and handover. You get a written plan: what to fix, in what order, and what it should save. Fully credited against implementation if you decide to go ahead.

    Rs 15,000 – 25,000
  3. Pilot implementation

    2–3 weeks, fixed scope

One workflow, built and running in your business, measured before and after. The scope is agreed in writing first, so there are no surprise invoices halfway through.

    Rs 40,000 – 75,000
  4. Care plan

    Ongoing, monthly

Monitoring, fixes when something breaks or a tool changes under us, and small improvements as your process changes. Cancel any month.

    Rs 10,000 – 20,000 / month

On the pilot: if it does not produce the result we agreed in writing, the remaining balance is not charged.

Honestly

Who this is for, and who it is not for

Good fitThis is for you if

  • You run an owner-led business of roughly 5 to 200 people in Hyderabad, and you still know most of your processes by name.
  • You are in recruitment, staffing, a dental or multi-specialty clinic, a real-estate brokerage or a CA and tax practice — or a business with the same shape of problem.
  • Your team already runs on WhatsApp, Excel, Gmail and Tally, and the process works, but the volume has outgrown it.
  • You are willing to spend an hour showing us how the work really gets done, including the messy parts.

Not a fitThis is not for you if

  • You want a strategy deck or a transformation programme. We do the work, not the slides.
  • You want a tool bought and handed over with nobody trained on it, then left alone.
  • You are a business of fewer than about five people, where the volume usually does not yet justify the cost.
  • You need a guaranteed saving quoted before anyone has looked at the workflow. We will not invent a number to win the job.

About

Who you would actually be working with

I am Karthik Sriramoju. I am a software engineer in Hyderabad and I build everything myself. There is no team behind this page, and I am not going to pretend there is one.

I started wyril because the same pattern kept turning up: a business that works, run by people who are good at their jobs, quietly held back by admin. The enquiry nobody replied to. The tracker only one person can read. The report that eats Friday afternoon. None of that is a people problem, and none of it needs a strategy programme.

So I do one thing. I look at how your work actually happens, take away the parts that repeat, and leave the parts that need a human. If I cannot make it worth your money, I will tell you during the free discovery call and we will leave it there.

Questions

The ones people actually ask

A consultant tells you what to change. I build the thing that changes it, run it against your real work, and measure whether it helped. You are not paying for a report and then paying a vendor to act on it — the audit fee is credited against the build if you continue.

No. You already understand your own process, which is the part that matters. I will explain anything I build in plain language before it goes live, including what it cannot do. If a problem is better solved with a formula in Excel or a rule in the tool you already own, that is what I will use.

Then you stop. The discovery call costs nothing. If the pilot does not produce the result we agreed in writing, the remaining balance is not charged. I would rather lose a fee than hand over something that quietly does not work.

As short a distance as possible. Where I can, the work runs inside your own Google, Microsoft or WhatsApp accounts, so nothing has to move. Where an outside service is used, it is chosen deliberately and you will be told which one and why. NDA on request, no data used for training, and anything money-critical gets a human check.

The discovery call is 45 minutes and you get the one-page report the same week. The audit takes about a week. A pilot usually runs 2 to 3 weeks, with something usable in your hands partway through rather than only at the end. Small fixes sometimes ship in days.

Whichever fits the problem — nothing is forced. In practice that usually means n8n or Make for the plumbing, an LLM API for reading and writing language, Python or Node for the custom parts, Google Sheets as the human-facing view, the WhatsApp Business API for messaging, and Postgres or Supabase when something needs to be stored properly. If your existing Tally, Excel or CRM already does the job, I will use that instead and charge you less.
